Responsibilities

1. Deploy updates and fixes, and provide Level 2 technical support
2. Build tools to reduce the occurrence of errors and improve customer experience
3. Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems
4. Perform root cause analysis of production errors and resolve technical issues
5. Develop scripts to automate visualization and deployment processes
6. Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance
7. Assure high availability 24/7 of all internal IT infrastructure (network, servers and cloud) of the company with good design, optimization, upgrade and maintenance
8. Assure integrity and high availability of all company digital assets
9. Build, deploy and maintain high-level Cybersecurity defense to protect the company and its employees against all online threats
10. Work with CTO to prepare resource plan and maintenance plan to make sure the infrastructure always fits the needs of the development team
11. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment
12. Monitor system performance, reliability, and security using observability tools
13. Manage containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
