We're building a multi-channel automated customer service platform to integrate with

messaging apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Messenger. We're looking for a highly skilled

Full Stack Lead Developer to architect and lead the development of our backend

systems, ensuring they are robust, secure, and performant.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of the core services, including the automated reply engine.
2. Manage API integrations with various messaging channels and internal systems.
3. Ensure the platform meets key non-functional requirements:
4. Performance: API-based dynamic data response time ≤ 3 seconds.
5. Stability: Flow node execution success rate ≥ 99%.
6. Make sure the application complies to security best practise.
7. Design workflow for the process life-circle.
8. Collaborate with the Frontend/Flow Engine Specialist to define API contracts and data models.
9. Contribute to the Admin Panel, including the visual flow editor, to ensure maintainability.
